Doctor justifying that proper care was missing from parents end . He scared myself that present situation can be alarming if second time not visited . Without disclosing the reason of late arrival , doctor told staff to provide the pen in front of patient . Without refer history , he ****** told that weight is less , condition not good and may be in futy admission can be required . Hospital condiy is bad . Dust is there on floor .
